ALLERGEN INFORMATION

We currently bake all our pizzas in our domestic kitchen.

We use Gluten Free rice flour to stretch our dough and we bake all our pizzas in a pizza oven dedicated to Gluten free pizza. 

Our kitchen occasionally handles foods containing other food allergens but we  follow the Food Standard Agency Safer Food, Better Business guidelines as well as recognised HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) methods of cross-contamination protection.
